SUBJECT: TCAAP Update
Special TIP legislation
The City's special TIP legislation was included in a finance bill that was signed by the Governor.
Rescission of Offer to Purchase:
The General Services Administration (GSA) has accepted the City's letter regarding
the rescission of the Offer to Purchase between the City and the GSA, and has indicated it will
return the City's earnest money deposit.
The City is continuing to work with the GSA and with Congresswoman McCollum to move
forward toward making the TCAAP property a benefit to the City.
