SUBJECT: Resignation of Larry Jones

On Wednesday, May 27, 2009, Larry Jones submitted his official resignation from the Parks,
Trails, and Recreation Committee (PTRC). Mr. Jones has been unable to make the last three
PTRC meetings and indicated his schedule will not allow him to finish his current term. As the
guidelines state, this vacant committee position will assume the term that the resigning individual
was serving. Mr. Jones's term was set to expire in 2010. This vacant position will be advertised
on the website.

Motion to accept the resignation of Larry Jones from the Parks, Trails, and Recreation
Committee (PTRC).
Michelle,
Due to economic conditions beyond my control my work responsibilities have been reassigned
making it impossible for me to continue to serve as a board member on the Arden Hills PTRC.
Please accept this email as my letter of resignation.
Thank you for your support and I wish everyone the very best going forward.
