BACKGROUND
The City of Arden Hills awarded Frattalone Companies, Inc., of Little Canada, Minnesota, the 2009
PMP on April 27, 2009, for a total contract amount of$1,196,405.98
DISCUSSION
This pay request includes work completed through July 1 st. The payment is for the remaining street
excavation and gravel base placement on Arden Place, along with concrete curb and gutter,
bituminous base construction, and driveway repairs on Arden Place and the Snelling Frontage Road.
This payment also includes bituminous pavement removal on Glenarden Road and Glenarden Court,
as well as storm and sanitary sewer work on Glenarden Road.

The following breakdown shows the funding sources and amounts for Payment #2:
