SUBJECT: TCAAP Update
Conference Call with General Services Administration (GSA)
A conference call with Kevin Legare of the GSA is scheduled for 2:00 p.m. on Monday,
September 14. The call will be an opportunity to obtain an update regarding the status and
timing of the elements of the GSA's planned public sale process, discuss
information/requirements to be included in the Invitation for Bid, and discuss how and when
City information regarding the property gets provided to potential buyers. A summary of the call
will be provided at the Council meeting.
Meeting with Ramsey County Board
A date for a joint work session with the Ramsey County Board to discuss the reuse of the
TCAAP property for parks and open space, and to discuss the County's interest in obtaining the
land for parks and open space use, will be finalized at the September 14 TCAAP work session.
