AN ORDINANCE ADDING MINOR CONSUMPTION VIOLATION FEES TO THE 2009
FEE SCHEDULE IN ORDINANCE 2009-012,
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS HEREBY ORDAINS THAT
THE FOLLOWING FEE SHALL BE ADDED TO SECTION III OF THE 2009 FEE
SCHEDULE:

SUMMARY OF ORDINANCE NO.2009-012
On the 26th day of October, 2009, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2009-012, and by at least four/fifths affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4,
directed that a summary of Ordinance 2009-012 be published.
Ordinance 2009-012 affects Section III of the City of Arden Hills 2009 Fee Schedule,
entitled Liquor Licensing. The purpose of this ordinance addition is to add administrative fines
for violations of the State's minor consumption laws.
