Consider approval of the TCAAP Reuse Statement (as amended) for distribution at the
November 18, 2009, TCAAP Bidders' Conference
Back�round
At the November 9, 2009, work session, the City Council discussed the draft TCAAP reuse
statement for distribution at the November 18, 2009, bidders' conference. Since new zoning and
design standards for the property have not yet been vc�ritten, the primary purpose of the statement
is to represent the City's interest and expectations for the future reuse of the TCAAP property.
Depending on the results of the discussion at the work session, the City Council may consider
approval of the TCAAP reuse statement. Please see the work session agenda packet item for the
draft reuse statement. The statement may be edited during the work session discussion.
