SUBJECT: Cancellation of the December 28 City Council Meeting, and the
December 23 TCAAP Work Session

In prior years, the Council has cancelled the second Council meeting in December if there are no
items requiring timely action by the Council. All items requiring timely action by the Council
will be placed on the December 14 Council meeting agenda. There are no items anticipated to
require action by the Council at the December 28 Council meeting.
Similarly, there are no items anticipated to require timely direction from the Council at the
December 23 TCAAP work session. Discussions at the November 30 and December 14 TCAAP
work sessions will provide sufficient direction for staff to continue its work until additional
direction at the January 11, 2010 TC��A.P work session.
