RESOLUTION NO. 2009-039 -
A RESOLUTION APPROVING THE 2010 CITY CONTRIBUTION TO
EMPLOYEE MONTHLY BENEFITS
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six
hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month, per employee toward
bargaining unit employees benefits;
WHEREAS,the-City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of six
hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month, per employee toward non-
bargaining unit employees benefits provided they participate in the City's HSA plan;
WHEREAS, the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby approve the contribution of
100% single coverage or six hundred eighty dollars and twenty-one cents ($680.21) per month
for family coverage, per employee toward non-bargaining unit employee benefits provided they
participate in the City's Co-Pay plan; -
THEREFORE BE IT RESOLVED, that the City Council of Arden Hills does hereby
approve the contribution toward bargaining and non-bargaining unit employee benefits as stated
above.
