Each year the City is required to designate official depositories, the official newspaper,
statutory authority, and appointments. Attached is the organizational resolution for the
year 2010.
Council Action
Motion to adopt Resolution 2010-001, a resolution relating to the organization of the City
of Arden Hills.

Resolution relating to the organization of the City of Ard�n Hills
BE IT RESOLVED by the City of Arden Hil�s, Ramsey County, Minnesota (City) as
follows:
Section l. Official Depositor_y. Pursuant to Mir�esota Statutes, Chapter 118A.02,
Subdivision l, the C�ty Council designates the fol�owing financial institutlons as official
depositories for m�nicipa� funds:

N�en�ber Fran I-�olmes is appointed Nlayor Pro-Tem and is to perform the duties of the
Mayor during the absence or d�squalification of the Mayor or in the case o f a vacar�cy in
the o#�fice of the 1Vlayor.

�ills is to be held on the second and last Monday of each n�onth at 7:�0 p.m. in t�e City
Hall.
Sec�ion S. City Attorney. �'he fi� of Peterson, Fram and Bergn�an is appointed City
Attorney with Jerr� Filla as �r�mary City A�torney.
Seciion 9. Financial Consultant. T�� finn Ehlers & Associa�es, Inc. is appointed
�'inancial consulta�t.
Sect�on 10. En�ineer, The City of Rosevil�e is appointed City Engineer.

Sec�ion 16. Fee Schedule. The fee schedu�e for the year 2010 is adopted as Ordinance
number 2009-413.
Section 17. Anima� Control. "ACSI" is ap�ointed as the City animal control officer.
