SUBJECT: Resignation of Janet Stodola from the Planning Commission
Requested Action
Motion to accept the resignation of Janet Stodola from the Planning Commission.
Back�round
Janet Stodola su:bmitted her resignation effective at the end of December 2009. Ms. Stodola's
term had one year remaining and had been set to expire at the end of 2010. A replacement for
this appointment would ful�ll the one year remaining in her term, though the replacement could
be reappointed for additional terms.
The Planning Co�nmission is comprised of seven regular members and one a�ternate member.
With Ms. Stodola's resignation, there is one vacant regular position. The altenlate positio� is
also �acant beca�ise Dave Sand chose not to renew his term at the end of 2009. The vacant
positions will be posted and interested residents are encouraged to conta�t City Hall.
