On December � 4, 2009, the City Counci� �-eceived the feasibility report for the 2Q 10 P1VIP
Improvemen� Project ar�d ordered the public hearing. Prior to opening the hearing,
representatives from WSB & Assoe�ates, Inc. will presen� general information regardi�g
construction, standards, and assessments that apply for this project.
Fallowing Minnesota Statutes, Cha�ter 429, notice o� the publie hear�ng must be posted
twice prior to the meeting; this was done in �he Bulletin on Dee. 23, 2009 and Jan. 6,
20I4. A natice was also sent to eaeh proper�y proposed to be assessed as a part of this
pro�eet.
City staff has recelvec� �vr�tten eomments on the project from proper�y owners; these are
attachec� for your information.

Vaientine Crest Road. �he street �s �n good conditi�n, an�# there is certainly no r�ee� foc cUrbs ar�d
cutters as water flows freely r�ow and �as ever since I have tived he�e �33 yearsj.and as �ar as I
know no one has pro�lems w�th sewers.
I would I�ke you to contact me, in writing, �uvith evidence of where these problerns exist and v�rhy
the work �s needed. The es�imate� cost of $8,833 per unit is exorb�nant.
