CITY COUNCIL CLOSED SESSION MEETING CALL TO ORDER -
ROLL CALL
Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, Mayor Stan Harpstead called to
order the Closed Session meeting at 6:30 P.M.
Present: Mayor Stan Harpstead, Councilmembers David Grant, Dave
McClung, Fran Holmes and Brenda Holden.
Absent: None.
Also present were Finance Director, Sue Iverson; and City Attorney, Jerry --
Filla.
City Attorney Jerry Filla stated that the closed session meeting was to discuss a
attorney— client privilege data regarding pending litigation.
Mayor Harpstead adjourned the Closed Session Meeting at 7:30 P.M.
