SUBJECT: Mn/DOT I-694 Project Update
Back�round/Discussion

Mn/DOT has identified an improvement proj ect for the interchange of Interstate 694,
Highway 10, Snelling Avenue and Hamline Avenue in Arden Hills. The proposed work
would rebuild the highways and seven bridges to improve safety and mobility. Two
bridges at Island Lake just west of Victoria Street are also proposed as a part of this
proj ect.
Mn/DOT representatives Mark Lindeberg, North Area Engineer, and Wayne Norris,
North Area Manager, will attend the City Council meeting to present information on the
proj ect. Several concept layouts will be shared, and the proposed proj ect timeline will
also be discussed.

Receive information presented by Mn/DOT and provide staff with feedback and direction
