SUBJECT: Personnel Committee
Back�round
At the February 16, 2010 council Worksession, Council directed staff to draft a resolution
establishing a Personnel Committee. This committee would consist of two City Council
members, the City Administrator, and another staff inember designated by the City
Council. The committee would meet as needed and will look at Personnel Policies,
revisit j ob descriptions, and deal with various personnel issues as needed.
Council Action
Adopt Resolution 2010-014, a resolution establishing a Personnel Committee for the City
of Arden Hills.

A RESULUTION ESTABLISHING A PERSONNEL COMMITTEE FOR THE
CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
WHEREAS, the City Council wishes to establish a Personnel Committee,
THER.EFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby appoints
, and to serve as Council representatives, and The City
Administrator and as staff representatives on the committee.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
