RESOLUTION NO. 2010-016
A RESOLUTION
APPROVING AN APPLICATION FOR AUTHORIZATION
FOR AN EXEMPT GAMBLING PERMIT
FOR FISHING FOR LIFE
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the City Council hereby approves the
application for authorization to conduct exempt gambling activities (raffle) at North
Heights Lutheran Church, 1700 W. Hwy 96, Arden Hills, as a fundraiser for the Fishing
For Life organization, to be held May 11, 2010.
ADOPTED by the City Council this 291h day of March 2010.
