ORDINANCE NO.2010-007
AN ORDINANCE RENAMING A PORTION OF PRIOR COURT TO PRIOR CIRCLE
IN THE ARDEN MANOR MANUFACTURED HOME COMMUNITY
THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS HEREBY ORDAINS:
Section 1. The Arden Manor manufactured home community in the City of Arden Hills
contains two discontinuous street sections that are officially named Prior Court, a northern
section and a southern section (Exhibit A).
Section 2. The northern street section shall be renamed Prior Circle, which begins at the
intersection of Lisa Lane and Prior Avenue North, then extending northeast approximately 175
feet, then extending northwest approximately 195 feet, and then extending southwest
approximately 200 feet where it intersects with Prior Avenue North (Exhibit B). The southern
section shall retain the name Prior Court.
Effective Date. Ordinance No. 2010-007 shall become effective the day following its
publication, or the publication of the Ordinance Summary in the City's official newspaper.
Publication Date. Published on the 21 St day of April, 2010.

On the 12th Day of April, 2010, the Arden Hills City Council adopted Ordinance No.
2010-007, and by at least four/fifths affirmative votes pursuant to Minn. Stat. §412.191, Subd. 4,
directed that a summary of Ordinance 2010-007 be published.
Ordinance 2010-007 officially renames the northern section of "Prior Court" in the Arden
Manor neighborhood to "Prior Circle." The purpose of this ordinance is to correct a discrepancy
between the existing street sign and Ramsey County property records. The existing street sign
uses the name Prior Circle, but Ramsey County property records uses the name Prior Court.
A full copy of Ordinance 2010-007 is available for inspection by any person during
regular business hours at the office of the City Administrator, 1245 West Highway 96, Arden
Hills, Minnesota 55112. The Ordinance is also available online at http://www.ci.arden-
hills.mn.us.
