On April 23, the City Attorney and the Personnel Committee held successful negotiations
with Mr. Patrick Klaers. Pending City Council approval of the contract previously
provided to you, Mr. Klaers will begin as City Administrator on May 3, 2010.

Motion to retain Patrick Klaers as City Administrator/Clerk and approve the terms of his
employment agreement.
