John,
I won't be at tonight's meeting. Please accept this as my
resignation from the PTRC, effective immediately. It's been a VERY
difficult decision to make, but I feel this is the best way to go.
I'm leaving with a lot of research and work pertaining to Valentine
Park left undone. This will always be on my mind. You've done a great
job as chairman; thanks for volunteering. Take care. Don Messerly
