SUBJECT: Resolution 2010-024 for Charitable Gambling License for Merrick,
Inc., to Conduct Charitable Gambling at Blue Fox Bar & Grill
BACKGROUND
On March 31, 2008, the City Council approved a resolution for a two year license period to
allow Merrick, Inc. to conduct charitable gambling at the Blue Fox Bar & Grill. Merrick, Inc.
has submitted an application to renew this license and a background check has been completed.
RECOMMENDATION
Motion to approve Resolution 2010-024 to allow Merrick, Inc. to conduct charitable gambling at
Blue Fox Bar & Grill for a two year period expiring May 10, 2012.

RESOLUTIUN NO. 2010-024
RESOLUTION APPROVING CHARITABLE GAMBLING LICENSE FOR MERRICK,
INC. TO CONDUCT CHARITABLE GAMBLING AT THE BLUE FOX BAR & GRILL
NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden
Hills, Minnesota, that the City agrees to approve a Charitable Gambling License for two
years, to Merrick, Inc. at the Blue Fox Bar & Grill, 3833 North Lexington Avenue, Arden
Hills, Minnesota.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS THIS
