SUBJECT: Resolution 2010-025 for Charitable Gambling License for 621
Foundation to Conduct Charitable Gambling at Flaherty's Bowl
BACKGROUND
On May 27, 2008, the City Council approved a resolution for a two year license period to allow
621 Foundation to conduct charitable gambling at the Flaherty's Bowl. 621 Foundation has
submitted an application to renew this license and a background check has been completed.
F�ECOMMENDATION
Motion to approve Resolution 2010-025 to allow 621 Foundation to conduct charitable gambling
at Flaherty's Bowl for a two year period expiring May 10, 2012.

NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by t�e City Council of the City of Arden
�-Illls, Minnesota, that the City agrees to approve a Charitable Gambling License for two
years, to 621 Foundation at the Flaherty's Bowl, 1273 County Road E, Arden Hilis,
Minr�esota.
