RESOLUTION NO. 2010-022
RESOLUTION DESIGNATING POLLING LOCATIONS AND ABSENTEE BALLOT
BOARD COUNTING LOCATION FOR THE
2010 PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the State Primary Election is August 10, 2010 and the State General
Election is November 2, 2010; and
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16, Subd. 1 requires the City Council, by
ordinance or resolution, to designate the polling places for the City for these elections.
WHEREAS, Minnesota Statutes 204B.16 Subd. 3 requires polling place changes to be
made at least ninety(90) days prior to the State primary.
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED, that the Arden Hills City Council hereby
designates the following precincts and polling places:
Precinct No. 1 Precinct No. 2
