SUBJECT: Authorization to Advertise for Public Works Maintenance Worker
Back�round
At the March 15, 2010, worksession, Council discussed the Public Works maintenance
staffing and workload. Part of that discussion focused the eighth maintenance position.
The Council referred the matter to the Personnel Committee for further review.
Discussion
The Personnel Committee recommended that the Public Works staffing include a Public
Works Superintendent and an eighth maintenance worker.
Council Action
Authorize staff to proceed with the hiring of an eighth maintenance worker.
