RESOLUTION NO. 2010-031
A RESOLUTION APPOINTING ELECTION JUDGES,ASSISTANT DEPUTY
CLERKS,AND ABSENTEE BALLOT BOARD MEMBERS FOR THE 2010
PRIMARY AND GENERAL ELECTIONS
WHEREAS, the City of Arden Hills is dependent upon and appreciative of citizen
assistance for its election process and,
NOW, THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED that the Mayor and the City Council do
hereby authorize the Deputy Clerk to appoint 2010 Primary and General Election Judges as
needed:
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED,that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
authorizes the Deputy Clerk to appoint the following staff as Assistant Deputy Clerks to
provide assistance with the 2010 primary and general elections:
Sherri Eisenbraun
Pam Sweeney
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that the City Council of the City of Arden Hills
authorizes the following staff members and Election Judges to constitute the Absentee Ballot
Board:
Rebecca Brazys Jane Hagedorn
Sherri Eisenbraun Janie Brown
Pam Sweeney Diane Phillippi
Kevin Kennedy
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY OF ARDEN HILLS
