RESOLUTION NO.2010-032
A RESOLUTION AMENDING RESOLUTION 2009-026 TO FORMALLY INCLUDE THE
TIER II COMPREHENSIVE SEWER PLAN IN THE
2030 COMPREHENSIVE PLAN APPROVAL.
WHEREAS,on September 28,2010,the Arden Hills City Council adopted Resolution 2009-
026 to approve the 2030 Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council requested that Resolution 2009-026 be amended to
specifically adopt the Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan as part of the 2030 Arden Hills
Comprehensive Plan; and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council's Environment Committee unanimously
recommended approval of the 2030 Arden Hills Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan on July 14, 2009;
and,
WHEREAS, the Metropolitan Council approved the 2030 Arden Hills Comprehensive Plan
and Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan on August 12,2009; and,
WHEREAS, the Arden Hills Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan has not been changed since
the City Council approved the 2030 Comprehensive Plan on September 28,2010; and,
WHEREAS, Resolution 2009-026 is being amended to specifically reference adoption of the
2030 City of Arden Hills Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan as part of the 2030 Arden Hills
Comprehensive Plan that was adopted on September 28,2010; and
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED: that this Resolution amends Resolution 2009-026 to
formally include the Tier II Comprehensive Sewer Plan in the 2030 Comprehensive Plan approval.
ADOPTED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE CITY F ARDEN HILLS IS 141h DAY OF
JUNE 2010.
