Part of the City Administrator Executive Search contract with BrimeY er Fursman
included an onboarding process. Information on onboarding, includinga survey that you

were requested to complete, was distributed to the City Council about 10 days ago.
The 5:30 — 7:00 pm City Council work session on Monday, Y Jul 12, 2010 is dedicated to
meeting with Richard for a discussion on the survey results.
As part of the onboarding process, seven staff members also survey.a completed . Richard

will be meeting with the staff at 4:00 pm on Monday, July 12, 2010 to review and discuss
the results of this survey.
