SUBJECT: TCAAP Reuse and Public Sale Update
General Service Administration (GSA) Update
Mr. Legare has been traveling for the past week and has not been available for an update.
During a previous conversation with Mr. Legare he stated that he anticipated getting the draft
Invitation for Bid (IFB) to the City for comment by this week. The draft IFB will be forwarded
to the City Council and Mr. Comodeca as soon as it is received.
Staff hopes to speak with Mr. Legare before the Council meeting on September 27 and will give
a verbal update at that time.
Ramsey County Park and Open Space Requests

The GSA has verbally approved the license agreement between the Count and the Arm that
will allow the County to access the property to begin the process of working with the MPCA to
complete the VIC program. The County Board is anticipated to review the agreement at their
October 5 meeting.
