RESOLUTION No. 010-058
RESOLUTIONS E1 TIFYING 2010 MUNICIPAL ELECTION CANVASS RESULTS
WIER.EA ,the City of Arden Hills held its general Election on November 2. 2010; and
WHEREAS,Minnesota Statute 205.18 5,Subd.3,requires that the City Council canvass the
results of the election within ten(10) days of the election; and.
"ESA. ,the City Council met on November 10, 201 o as an item of business at a City
Council meeting, as a canvassing board to review the results of the election.
THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Hills,
Minnesota,that voting for the office of Mayor,where there was one to be elected a four-year term at
the November 2. 2010 General Election, held in and for said City, has been in all respects, duly -
canvassed by this City Council in accordance with the law. It 1s hereby found and determined that
the total votes cast upon the offices for each candidates at said election were as follows:

THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED OLVED by the City Council of the City of Arden Mills, -
Minnesota,that voting for the office of City Council,where there were two to be elected a four-year
terms at the November 2, 010 General Election,hold in and for said City,has been in all respects,
duly canvassed by this City Council in accordance with the law. It is herby found and determined
that the total votes cast upon the offices for each candidates at said election were as follows.

BE IT�E OLVEII,that as a result of said canvass,David Grant he declared elected Mayor
for a four-yeas term commencing at the first meeting in January 2011. --
BE IT FURTHER RESOLVED, that as a result of said canvass, Fran Holmes and Ed
Werner he declared elected City Councilmembers for four-year terms commencing at the first
meeting in January 2011.
