3. City Administrator 6 month performance review Survey from

4. November 9, 2010 FPAC meeting
5. Employee of the Year Council representative on selection committee
6. Agenda items for upcoming Council work sessions
7. Water shut off ordinance and policy
8. TIF Development District map
