No. 94 by striking <br /> provision requiring licensing of residential sewer in- <br /> stallers and amentling Ord. No. 49 by clarifying to whom <br /> sewer connecTion permits may be issued. <br /> The CiTy Council of Arden Hills ordains: <br /> Section 1. Amentlment of Section 2 0} Ord. No. 94 by <br /> Striking Subsedion (c) Thereof and Relettering Sub- <br /> secTion (d) Thereof. SubsecTion (c) of Section 2 of Ord. <br /> No. 94, adopted by the Council on June27, 1966, is hereby <br /> stricken and deleted in its entireTy, and subsection (d) <br /> ihereof is hereby relettered subsection (c) of said <br /> Section 2. <br /> Section 2. Amendment of Section 4 of Ord. No. 49 by <br /> Clarifying }o Whom Sewer Connection Permits May be <br /> Issued. The second paragraph M Section 4 of Ord. No. <br /> 49, adopted by the Council on November 30, 1959 is <br /> hereby amended to read as follows: <br /> "PermRs for such connections shall be issued only To . <br /> a plumber duly licensed by the STaTe Board of Heelih or <br /> to anyone noT so licensed who owns and acTually oc- . <br /> cupies as his residence the premises or ihat part of the <br /> premises upon which the sewer connect(on work is to be <br /> performed." <br /> Section 3. Effective Date.
