City of Centerville <br />Council Meeting Minutes <br />October 13, 2010 <br />2. Mayor Capra passed along that the Parks and Recreation Commission is in <br />opposition of the proposed NASCAR track in Lino Lakes. She also updated the <br />Council that the Committee continues to work on future park projects. <br />Councilmember Love announced that there is still one opening on the Planning and <br />Zoning Commission. <br />XI.
