A RESG LUTION AUTHORIZIN CLOSING FUND <br />WHEREAS, a certain special project construction fund was established to account for <br />revenue and exppenses related to an improvement project, and <br />WHERE AS, project costs have been paid and such fund is no longer needed, <br />NOW T <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />The Council hereby authorizes closing of the following construction improvement <br />fund into its related debt service farad. <br />Fund Number 452 - (2007A Developments) balance of $22,836.48 shall be closed <br />into Fund Number 349, 2007A Improvement Bond Fund <br />Adopted by the City Council this I O 'h day of November, 2010. <br />Mary Capra, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, Clerk <br />17 <br />
