All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimously. <br /> <br /> <br />VI.AWARDS/PRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />th <br />1. Mr. Terry Sweeney – Centerville Lions Use of 7087 – 20 Avenue Storage for <br />Haunted House Items <br /> <br /> Mr. Terry Sweeney thanked the City Council for the use of the Warming House for the <br />Lions’ use for the Haunted House. He requested that the Centerville Lions be allowed to <br />use the old Public Works Building for storage of the Haunted House items until they are <br />able to find a suitable place to store them. <br /> <br /> Mayor Capra replied that the City is looking at renting out part of the building. She <br />inquired as to how much space the Lions Club would need. She also suggested that, as an <br />alternative, they may be able to use the storage container that the City owns. <br /> <br /> Mr. Sweeney replied that there would not be a lot to store. They are looking to purchase <br />an old semi-trailer for storage of some items. <br /> <br /> City Administrator Larson suggested that Mr. Sweeney speak with the Public Works <br />Director. . <br /> <br />Page 3 of 10 <br /> <br />
