Joint Powers Agreement for Construction of Regional Trail Links in the Cit,� Centerville- Countv Project No. S.P. 02-090-01. City Administrator Larson distributed a red line copy of the Joint Powers Agreement with Anoka County regarding the Regional Trail Link Project. City Attorney Glaser stated that the City needs to enter into this Joint Powers Agreement for the project to begin. City Engineer Statz stated that Anoka County is requesting funds up front to pay for local and matching costs incurred.
