STATE OF MINNESOTA <br /> COUNTY OF ANOKA <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br /> RESOLUTION #10-028b <br /> A RESOLUTION ACCEPTING BIDS & AWARDING CONTRACT FOR <br /> DOWNTOWN STORM WATER RECLAMATION PROJECT — PHASE I <br /> � WHEREAS, pursuant to an advertisement for bids for the above stated project: <br /> CONTACT B— Vertical Steel Casing for Wet Well <br /> NAME OF BIDDER TOTAL BASE BID <br /> Bergerson Caswell, Inc. $52,475.00 <br /> Keys Well Drilling Company $56,425.00 <br /> AND WHEREAS, it appears that Bergerson Caswell, Inc. is the lowest responsible <br /> bidder. <br /> NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY TI3E CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br /> CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br /> 1. The Mayor and Clerk are hereby authorized and directed to enter into a contract <br /> with Bergerson Caswell, Inc. in the name of the City of Centerville for the <br /> aforementioned improvement according to the plans and specifications therefore ' <br /> approved by the Council and on file with the City Clerk. <br /> 2.
