CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RES. #10-0,33 <br />A RESOLUTION ADOPTING AMENDED PAYMENT FOR SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENT ON IMPROVEMENT <br />WHEREAS, the Council previously approved special assessments for the Hunters <br />Crossing Second Addition, and <br />WHEREAS, the owner and the City have negotiated amended payment schedules for the <br />parcels for which assessment balances remain. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, <br />1. Such proposed amended assessment, a copy of which is attached hereto and made a <br />part hereof, is hereby approved. <br />2.
