$31.35 $50.00 $81.35 6716 CENTERVILLE ROAD 26-31-22-21-0001 <br />$35,048.97 $10,688.85 $5,000.00 $50y737.82 <br />WHEREAS, pursuant to proper notice duly given as required by law, the council has met <br />and heard and passed upon all objections to the certification of delinquent municipal <br />utilities and garbage service or a combination of these for the following properties: <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA: <br />I Such assessment is made a part hereof, is hereby accepted and <br />shall constitute an assessment against the lands named therein and <br />the corresponding amounts will be levied against it. <br />2. Such assessment shall be payable over a period of one (1) year, the <br />first of the installments to be payable on or before the first Monday <br />in January 2010, and bear a late payment fee of 10% interest and a <br />certification fee of $50. <br />1 The Clerk shall forthwith transmit a certified duplicate of this <br />assessment to the County Auditor to be extended on the property <br />tax lists of the County.
