The best is silica <br /> sand. <br /> Minimum sand depth is 19 1/2" (205 tons of washed sand) <br /> Posts should be set at a slight angle outward form the court to offset the tension from the net. <br /> For easy maintenance, place steel poles in steel sleeves for easy removal. <br /> Poles should be 14` long and buried 5' <br /> Cost varies between $6,000 and $10,000 per court. <br />
