City of Centerville <br />Planning and Zoning Commission <br /> <br />October 5, 2010 <br />The Commission discussed briefly, Lino Lakes’ AUAR (Alternative Urban Areawide <br />Review) for the area east of Centerville near the interchange. The AUAR is due for its <br />five-year update. Copies were emailed to P&Z members. <br /> <br />VI. CONSIDERATION OF MINUTES <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Lee, seconded by Commissioner Wood to approve minutes <br />from the September 7, 2010, meeting. All in favor. Motion carried unanimously. <br /> <br />VI. PLANNING AND ZONING COMMISSION MEETING ADJOURNMENT <br /> <br />Motion by Commissioner Wood, seconded by Commissioner Lee to adjourn the <br />meeting at 8:20 p.m. All in favor.
