CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the November 24, 2010, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br />II. PUBLIC HEARING(S) <br />1. Delinquent Sewer, Water & Garbage Services Associated with the 3rd, 4th <br />!l_--`---- -r nnnn --_-1 �i-- ,st --_-1 ,nd _._--`---- -r nn In TT�*l*� _T *11*.-- !+___t -- <br />Mayor Capra opened the Public Hearing at 6:33 p.m. <br />City Administrator Larson indicated this was an annual action under City ordinance for <br />any outstanding sewer, water and garbage service to be assessed to the homeowner's <br />upcoming year's taxes. <br />As no public input was offered, Mayor Capra stated the Public Hearing would remain <br />open until the last item of Old Business. <br />III. APPROVAL OF AGENDA <br />Mayor Capra made the following additions/corrections to the Agenda: <br />1. Consent Agenda, Item 41, added Page 9a, (Check 4 25961-25971) <br />2. New Business, Item 41, Replacement Document <br />3. New Business, Item 48, City Equipment Disposal <br />
