CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />CANVASSING BOARD MEETING <br />November 10, 2010 <br />6:30 p.m. <br />Pursuant to due call and notice thereof, the City of Centerville met as the Canvassing Board on <br />November 10, 2010, at City Hall, 1880 Main Street. <br />PRESENT: Mayor Mary Capra <br />Council Member Linda Broussard Vickers p <br />Council Member Jeff Paar <br />Council Member D. Love 0 <br />ABSENT: Council Member Ben Fehrenbacher A/p, <br />STAFF: City Administrator Dallas Larson <br />City Attorney Kurt Glaser <br />City Engineer Mark Statz <br />I. CALL TO ORDER <br />Mayor Capra called the November 10, 2010, Canvassing Board meeting to order at 6:30 <br />p.m. <br />II. ELECTION RESULTS <br />Council and Staff reviewed the election results as follows: <br />Mayoral Seat (2 year term) <br />Thomas Wilharber received 1,060 in-person votes, 38 absentee votes; total of 1,098 votes <br />Mary Capra received 482 in-person votes, 19 absentee votes; total of 501 votes <br />Write-ins received 6 in-person votes <br />Blank Votes received 85 in-person votes, 2 absentee votes; total of 87 votes <br />Over Votes and under votes received 0 <br />Council Seats -2 (4 year term) <br />D. Love received 775 in-person votes, 28 absentee votes, total of 803 votes <br />Steven King received 759 in-person votes, 32 absentee votes; total of 791 votes <br />Matthew Montain received 633 in-person, 33 absentee votes, total of 666 votes <br />Write-ins received 17 in-person votes, 1 absentee vote; total of 18 votes <br />Blank Votes received 266 in-person votes, 4 absentee votes; total of 270 votes <br />
