Proposed Code amendment to permit hydro-seed as an alternative to sod. <br /> The Commission again reviewed a draft ordinance amending the City Code to <br /> permit use of hydro-seed as an alternative to sod in some situations. No changes <br /> were suggested. The Commission previously granted authority to notice for a <br /> public hearing. <br /> 2. I-1 Uses - Latitude to decide if a use is similar to listed uses and therefore <br /> determined to be permitted. <br /> Dallas Larson reported that the City Attorney recommended a different way to give <br /> the Commission some discretion in determining permitted uses. The attorney <br /> recommended that the authority be placed in the district provisions for B-1 and I-1 <br /> districts. Draft language was reviewed by the Commission. <br /> Page 1 of 3 <br />
