CALL TO ORDER. <br />The meeting was called to order by Chairman Mosher. <br /> <br /> <br /> <br />1.Roll Call <br /> <br /> <br />II.PUBLIC INPUT/HEARING <br /> <br /> None. <br /> <br /> <br />III.OLD BUSINESS <br />. <br /> <br /> <br />1.Proposed Code amendment to permit hydro-seed as an alternative to sod. <br /> <br />The Commission again reviewed a draft ordinance amending the City Code to <br />permit use of hydro-seed as an alternative to sod in some situations. No changes <br />were suggested. The Commission previously granted authority to notice for a <br />public hearing. <br /> <br /> <br />2.I-1 Uses - Latitude to decide if a use is similar to listed uses and therefore <br />determined to be permitted. <br /> <br />Dallas Larson reported that the City Attorney recommended a different way to give <br />the Commission some discretion in determining permitted uses. The attorney <br />recommended that the authority be placed in the district provisions for B-1 and I-1 <br />districts. Draft language was reviewed by the Commission. <br />Page 1 of 3 <br /> <br />
