C L L L L l U1 <br /> Bindings and Approval. <br /> The Planning & Zoning Commission met on December 14, 2010, to consider a proposal <br /> by the City of Centerville to move a garage structure from 7087 - 20 th Avenue to LaMotte <br /> Park, 6970 LaMotte Drive. <br /> Findings: <br /> 1) The property owner, City of Centerville requests approval to relocate a garage from <br /> 7087 - 20 Avenue to 6970 LaMotte Drive. The garage measures 28 feet by 48 feet. <br /> 2) The destination property is identified as parcel number 23- 31 -22 -32 -0002. <br /> 3) The Commission finds that the architecture, age and character of the building is <br /> similar to other structures in the destination neighborhood. <br /> 4) The structure meets code requirements for new buildings or structures. <br /> 5) The Commission finds that the building is compatible with other structures on the <br /> property. <br /> 6) The building and its proposed location eets other requirements of this Chapter and <br /> the City Code. <br /> RECOMMENDATION: <br /> The Planning & Zoning Commission by motion duly passed on December 16, <br /> 2010, hereby recommends that the proposal to move the garage as outlined, be <br /> approved by the City Council. <br /> [ [ [ [ [ [ ■ [ L l It [ C f [ t [ [ [ [ C E [ [ [ L !
