The three separate contracts I �I for this project have all been awarded and construction has begun. The wet well has been instal/ed and � the directiona/ drilling contractor has mo6ilized and is ready to begin if there is a stretch of more mild ; weather. � 4. Peltier Lake Drive Area Street & Utility Improvements (2009.01) (000616-09169-0), 2009 � Street Improvements (2009.02) (000616-09170-0). Fina/ pay �equests for each job have been �i prepared and sent to the contractor, The contractor replied with a list of rnnce�ns regarding final ! payment issues, The City responded to this list of concerns with a letter exp/aining our position on the � issues We have invited the rnntractor to attend the January 26�' City Counci/ meeting if he wishes to �� address the council direct/y. We will be recommending that the City Council approve the fina/ pay ' requests at that time. ' 5. Community Development Block Grant Water Services Project (000616-10171-0). The project is nearing completion, To date, 14 of the 25 services have been hooked up to City water. The rest have been installed into the home and a�e awaiting the contractor's p/umber to hook them up.
