STATE OF MINNESOTA <br />COUNTY OF ANOKA <br />CITY OF CENTERVILLE <br />RESOLUTION <br />A RESOLUTION AUTHORIZING THE RECERTIFICATION OF SPECIAL <br />ASSESSMENTS FOR PID #R26- 31 -22 -22 -0050 FOR THE YEARS 2011 -2016 <br />RELATING TO THE HUNTERS CROSSING 3 RD ADDITION IMPROVEMENT <br />PROJECT <br />WHEREAS, the Centerville City Council authorized the above stated project and special <br />assessment roll which included PIN #R26- 31 -22 -22 -0050 in the amount of $1.4,905.59 <br />with interest; and <br />WHEREAS, the City mistakenly applied prepayments to the above stated property in <br />2010; and <br />WHEREAS, the remaining assessment balance of $11,365.95 needs to be collected for <br />the timeframe of 2011 -2016 as per the attached schedule. <br />NOW THEREFORE, BE IT RESOLVED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF <br />CENTERVILLE, MINNESOTA, that the Council directs the City Clerk or Finance <br />Director to certify special assessments to Anoka County to add to the Hunters Crossing <br />3' Addition Improvement Project (Fund #84120) the property legally known as PIN # <br />R26- 31 -22 -22 -0050 to be collected with property taxes payable in the years 2011 through <br />2016 in accordance with the schedule attached hereto as Exhibit A. <br />Adopted this 12"' day of January, 2011. <br />~ Thomas WiIharber, Mayor <br />Attest: <br />Teresa Bender, City Clerk <br />
