Variances are requested from Ordinance <br /> #8, Article 2: <br /> Section 21.05 RESTRICTIONS UN FILING AND RECC)RDING <br /> CUNVEYANCES. (6) "Is a single parcel of residential <br /> or agricultural land of not less than twenty (2U) acres <br /> in area and having a width of not less than five <br /> hundred (500) feet, and its conveyance does not result <br /> in the division of the parcel into two or more lots or ' <br /> � parcels, any one which is less than twenty (ZC►) acz•es <br /> in area or five hundred (5U0) feet in width." <br /> Section 25.Q5 NON-SEWERED LOTS. "In areas which are not <br /> served by public sanitary sewer systems, no lot shall , <br /> be developed for residential purposes unless it meets � <br /> the requirements set for lots outside the tlrban Service <br /> Area which is a minimum of ten (1U) acres. The <br /> preliminary plat shall show a feasible plan for future <br /> re-subdivision by which lots may be re-subdivided to , <br /> meet the size and dimension standards of lots in areas , <br /> served by public sanitary sewer system. Any ' <br /> � 'preliminary plat not showing such future re-subdivision <br /> plan shall not be re-subdivided." and; <br /> The request for variance is to split a four (4) acre parcel into <br /> one (1) acre and three (3) acre parcels.
