All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />V. A WARDSIPRESENTATIONS/APPEARANCES <br /> <br />1. Damon Farber - Downtown Redevelopment Plan & Guidelines <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson provided an overview of the downtown redevelopment project <br />for Council. <br /> <br />Mayor Capra indicated that the members of the Park Board and Planning and Zoning <br />Commission that attended the joint meeting were pleased with the plan. She then <br />thanked Damon Farber for the work done and noted that the City received a grant to pay <br />for the planning. <br /> <br />City Administrator Larson indicated that the Planning Commission wil1look at rezoning <br />and it takes about three months or so to accomplish the rezoning. <br /> <br />Council Member Lee outlined those involved in the project and planning and thanked <br />them for their input. <br /> <br />Council Member Terway thanked everyone that participated in this project. <br /> <br />Council Member Paar noted that there was discussion of a monument and some historical <br />facts about Centerville. <br /> <br />Council explained that these guidelines are a framework for the redevelopment to use <br />when negotiating with developers. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Terwav. seconded bv Council Member Paar to aoorove <br />the Downtown Redevelooment Plan & Guidelines. All in favor. Motion carried <br />unanimouslv. <br /> <br />VI. PUBLIC HEARINGS <br /> <br />1. Mr. Chesnut Request for Easement Vacation Between Lots 4 and 5.
