In summary, it's all or nothing coverage. The property coverage is written on a replacement cost
basis so it must be insured at full replacement cost value. They have no actual cash value insuring options. The high cost of the
insurance for this particular building is because it is vacant. The only other option is to delete this location from the property
schedule and have it uninsured until such time it is demolished. The liability coverage would continue be covered even though the
property is not shown on the property schedule. I assume because of costs, you will just want to delete the property coverage,
especially because it will eventually be torn down anyway. Please let me know for certain how you want me to proceed. As
always, any questions, please feel free to call. ~ THANKS-

-----Original Message-----
From: John Meyer [mailto:JMeyer@centervilfemn.com]
Sent: Thursday, April 28,20052:22 PM
To: Gordy Beulke
Subject: property coverage at 7071 & 7073 centelViIle road

Gordy

Please reduce to minimum value to reflect the condition of the structure.

John Meyer

5/5/2005
