CALL TO ORDER <br /> <br />Mayor Capra called the April 27, 2005, City Council meeting to order at 6:30 p.m. <br /> <br />U. SET AGENDA <br /> <br />The following items were added to the Agenda: <br /> <br />Consent Agenda: Connexus Energy - Electric for SCADA ($1,190) and Economic <br />Development Committee Recommendation of Ms. Eileen Smith (Centerville Pet Foods) <br />as 2004 Business Person of the Year & Purchase of Plaque Not to Exceed $50.00 <br /> <br />New Business: Water Ski Course - Anoka County Sheriff (peltier Lake) <br /> <br />City Attorney Hoeft asked that a discussion concerning the water tower containment <br />system. <br /> <br />Motion bv Council Member Paar. seconded by Council Member Lakso to apDrove <br />the 8eenda as amended.
