In order for the Grant Contract to be fully executed, the DNR <br /> Division of Forestry must have received all items required in Section 5.02, including the following completed (and signed, <br /> where signatures are required) e�ibits to the Grant Agreement: <br /> • Attachment IA— CERTIFICATION* <br /> • Exhibit A to the Certification — General Description of Restricted Property — this is a narrative or graphic <br /> description of the property where the grant will be used. <br /> • Attachment IB — DECLARATTON* <br /> • Exhibit A to the Declaration — Legal Description of Restricted Property — this is a legal description of the <br /> property where the grant will be used. <br /> • Attachment II- SOURCE AND USE OF FiJNDS FOR TI� PROJECT — this identifies all the sources of funds you <br /> will use to complete the project and all project costs.
